Mihoshi, what can I say about my favorite airhead? She's cute, clueless, and probably a virgin. (And will stay one until she gets married.)
She can be devastating in her own inept way, and in another, somewhat competent. (Just not with cooking, housekeeping, or being a Galaxy Police officer.)
